If the product is damaged or broken

If you find the product damaged or broken at the time of delivery, you must inform us by calling while the delivery person is present. You can call us at 01518933273. In that case, you can return the product without any cost. The package and accessories must be returned at the time of return.

If you are unable to receive the product yourself, you must inform the person receiving the product on your behalf about this matter.

If you do not inform us while the delivery person is present, this condition will not apply in the case of damaged products.

You will be provided a replacement within 3 working days of informing us. Additionally, if you want to replace/exchange the product, you may have to wait a minimum of 2 days to a maximum of 25 days, depending on stock availability.

If the product is defective, you must inform us within 3 days. In this case, you will need to provide some evidence. Here's what you need to do:

A video is mandatory in this case. Only screenshots or photos will not be accepted.

If the product is proven to be defective, you can return it along with the necessary accessories within 2 days. Your order will be considered for a refund within 2 working days of the return. Alternatively, you can opt for a product replacement (subject to stock availability).

If the product quality is not satisfactory

Since the products come directly from manufacturers or suppliers in different countries, it is not possible for us to check the quality of the product beforehand.

However, we advise you to consider the following factors to understand the quality:

If the quality of the product is not satisfactory after receiving it, you must inform us by calling while the delivery person is present. Our complaint department will verify the authenticity of your complaint and inform you about replacement or refund options.

If the ordered product quantity is incorrect or wrong

If you find that the product does not match your order or is less in quantity at the time of receipt, you must contact us while the delivery person is present. You will be informed about replacement or refund options within 3 working days of informing us.

If there is any defect after opening the package, we will replace it for free. However, if you want to return the product because you dislike it, you must pay the delivery charge.

No complaints of this kind will be accepted after the delivery person has left.

If the product is no longer needed

If you no longer need the product after ordering, it will not be eligible for return.

Once an order is confirmed via the website or phone, it is considered "final," and the shipping process begins immediately. In this case, order cancellation or refund will not be considered.

If the product color does not match the photo or video

Our products are overseas items. However, we take original product photos or videos in our studio, edit them, and upload them to our website and various social platforms. In some cases, if the product is not available in stock, photos or videos are collected online, edited, and uploaded. In such cases, the product's photo or video may not match 100% with the product. However, we will make every effort to ensure a 90-95% match with the product's photo and video.

If the color of your ordered product does not match, you must inform us within 24 hours. Our complaint department will review your complaint and try to resolve the issue within 3 working days.

If there is a delay in shipment

The shipment time varies depending on the size, weight, stock, and customer's location. The estimated shipment time is mentioned on our product page.

However, due to unexpected reasons such as natural disasters, pandemics, political issues, etc., if delivery is delayed by 2-5 days, we will explain the reason for the delay to the customer and try to resolve the issue.

If there is a delay in receiving the product after it has left our Dhaka warehouse, the refund condition will not apply.
