Delivery Charge:

Delivery charge within Dhaka city is 60 Taka. Outside Dhaka, the delivery charge is 130 Taka via Pathao Courier and 150 Taka via Sundarban / SA Paribahan. For orders outside Dhaka, the delivery charge must be paid in advance via bKash. The remaining amount can be paid upon receiving the product. After sending the product through the courier service, the slip number will be provided to you in the inbox.

Our Delivery Process:

We do not have our own delivery personnel. We deliver through third-party services. Therefore, we take 1 to 2 days for delivery. Please keep your mobile phone active. When the delivery person calls, kindly collect the product.

What to Do During Delivery:

Since we deliver products through third-party delivery services, please check the product at the time of delivery. If you find any defects, receive the wrong product, or the quantity is incorrect, please inform us in the presence of the delivery person ( – from 10 AM to 6 PM). Once the delivery person leaves, it becomes difficult for us to return or replace the product.

After Opening the Product:

If there is any defect in the product after opening it, we will replace it for free as soon as possible.

Product Images and Videos:

All product images and videos are available on our Facebook page. If needed, our support team can provide images or videos again.

For Returns:

If there is any defect in the product after opening the package, we will replace it for free. However, if you want to return the product because you do not like it, you must pay the delivery charge.
